Standards we follow across every project
Data security
We review what data is involved before any setup begins. We are guided by Malaysia's PDPA and do not proceed with approaches we would not be comfortable explaining clearly.
Agreed scope in writing
Nothing begins without a written scope you have reviewed and agreed to. If the scope needs to change, we discuss it with you first.
Responsive communication
We aim to respond to messages within one business day during a project. If something is unclear or needs revisiting, we address it rather than leaving it unresolved.
Reversibility
Every setup we create can be undone cleanly. We do not build arrangements that trap you into a dependency on us or on a specific tool.
Plain written documentation
Every project ends with written notes in language a non-technical person can follow, update, and share with staff if needed.
Honest fit assessment
We do not begin a service unless we believe it will genuinely help. If we have reservations about fit during the initial discussion, we raise them directly.
